Movie Trivia # 033: The Nom-de-Steam Vanishes

In the 1938 version of The Lady Vanishes, dear old Dame May Whitty's Miss Froy writes her name on the steam-frosted train window. But a few shots later, the writing has moved to another place, and is entirely different. And, just to continue in the great tradition of continuity errors stretching across the years, in Cybill Chepherd's 1979 remake of the same film, her dress shoes magically become her trademark running shoes as she chases the train.
